While technology and capital are integral to our business model, the key driver for our success is our people. To that end, we are always looking for smart, talented, diligent professionals to join our team. Successful candidates come from diverse backgrounds, although all share an intense level of intellectual curiosity and demonstrated ability to collaborate. Our organization prides itself on facilitating a frictionless marketplace of ideas in which solutions are shepherded into action based upon merit and not the pedigree of their origination.

We do not accept unsolicited resumes, or other application materials, from any source other than directly from a candidate. Any unsolicited resumes sent to inFactor, including unsolicited resumes sent to an inFactor mailing address, e-mail address, or through any other format, will be considered inFactor property. inFactor will not pay any fee or provide any other form of compensation for any placement resulting from the receipt of any unsolicited resume. inFactor will consider any unsolicited candidate resumes submitted by a temporary staffing agency, placement service, or professional recruiter, to have been referred by that party without expectation of compensation by inFactor.

Any party seeking to provide any form of recruiting on a retained or other form of engagement basis must seek advance written approval from inFactor. This approval must be in the form of a valid fully-executed contract for service to a specific job opening. inFactor will not pay a fee to any third-party that does not have such an agreement in place.
